City Manager removes the Executive Session related to Manufactured Housing from the Agenda.
At the adjourned meeting of June 23, 2020, a special meeting was called for this date to discuss the legal issues pertaining to the City’s engagement with key permitting processes occurring in 2020 for the Northern Integrated Supply Project. On July 7, 2020, the special meeting was amended by the Mayor, to include the following additional items: • Legal advice on the County composting facility. • Legal advice on environmental issues at the County landfill. • Legal advice relating to manufactured housing zoning matters. • Legal advice relating to impacts of SB20-217 (law enforcement integrity).
