To provide high-level information about the proposal from the Montava developer (Developer) to pump and treat renewable groundwater tributary to Boxelder Creek and the Poudre River as the potable water supply for the Montava development (Development), ? To identify the three Main Policy Issues the proposal raises (1A, 2A, 3A), ? To identify the City’s Key Decisions as the Main Policy Issues apply to the Developer’s specific proposal for the Development (1B, 2B, 3B) and, To seek feedback on general sequencing and timing of the topics to bring to Council for future consideration.
