The purpose of this item is to continue discussions from the URA Board’s retreat in December 2021. Topics highlighted at the retreat included: - Revisiting Strategic Plan - Continuing discussion of how proactive vs. reactive the Board would like to be - Establishing criteria for evaluating development proposals and new Plan Areas This conversation will be facilitated by Chris Hutchinson from Trebuchet Group. Staff anticipates continuing retreat follow-up discussions through April of 2022.
