1. Discussion Item: Fleet Campus Project Budget
Item Description: The Fleet Campus Project is moving forward, though cost escalation in the construction industry continues to be a tremendous challenge. The project team will share overall progress with the Commissioner and describe the budget gap that now exists, following design development level pricing from the general contractor.
